A downloadable project for Windows
A simple program for displaying animated GIFs and images on your screen, optionally not staying on top. Just a fun little thing. Black (full black) is treated as transparent. Unfortunately transparency is only supported on Windows, and that's not something I can fix.
There are also several Easter eggs ;)
